Indian destination weddings
OHH! WEDDING can coordinate the planning, hospitality and logistics surrounding Indian destination weddings, including multi-day programmes and specialist suppliers selected according to the couple’s requirements.
The house remains a destination-wedding, travel and concierge brand. It is not an Indian-only studio, and it does not perform religious rites in-house. Italy is available as the first published destination expertise. Destinations beyond Italy can be considered through conversation, when the brief asks for them.
Not one format
Indian weddings are not a single homogeneous celebration. What is needed varies according to family, region, religion, community and personal preference. A programme may include a welcome gathering, Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, a Baraat, a ceremony, a reception or a farewell brunch — where those chapters belong. None of them is assumed.
The work is to hear what this particular wedding requires, then hold the days around it: rooms, roads, suppliers and the people who have flown to be there.
Several days, one coordinator
Many Indian destination weddings unfold across more than one evening. The house can hold that span as a single outline — not as a fixed itinerary sold to every couple.
Arrivals, a first gathering, and time for families who have travelled. Pre-wedding travel can sit in the same conversation as the wedding itself.
Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, a Baraat, ceremony and reception are coordinated when they belong to the brief — with the rooms, timing and movement each one actually needs.
A farewell brunch, guest departures, and — when wanted — the journey onwards as a couple, designed with OHH! ITALY.
Guests who have flown
A destination wedding is more than the ceremony. International arrivals, room blocks, private hotel or resort buyouts, ground transportation, luggage, guest assistance and a multi-day schedule are planned as carefully as the hours of the rite itself. Family requirements — elders, children, separate houses for each side — shape the outline. There is no published maximum guest number; scale is discussed in conversation.
Airport coordination, transfers, coaches, cars and — where the place asks for them — boats. Luggage and staggered flights are written into the same plan so guests are not left to invent their own logistics.
Hotel and resort sourcing, room blocks, and private buyouts when the celebration needs one address. Specific properties are researched for the brief; they are not listed here as partners.
Questions, timing, and a guest concierge so the family is not running a hotel from a group chat. The services and concierge pages describe how that work sits beside the ceremony.
Pre-wedding trips, the nights around the celebration and the honeymoon can be held with OHH! ITALY in the same house. Guests can see a country; the couple can leave when the last toast is done.
Specialist suppliers
OHH! WEDDING can coordinate suitable specialist suppliers according to the requirements of the celebration. That may include catering, décor, production, entertainment, photography, beauty, ceremony specialists, and cultural or religious professionals where they are requested.
The house does not publish a list of “our Hindu priests” or “our Indian catering partners.” Those professionals are selected for the families involved. Religious rites are not performed by OHH! WEDDING.
Where
Italy is currently the first and strongest published destination for this work. The commercial authority page is Indian weddings in Italy, with operational notes for Lake Como and Tuscany. The wider destinations hub and Italy guide remain the country maps — this cluster is the cultural and logistical overlay.
Why Italy can hold a multi-day celebration, and how regions are chosen operationally.
Open Italy
Water, road, hotels and guest movement around a concentrated lakeside geography.
Open Lake Como
Estates, dispersed rooms and a weekend held on one property — or several.
Open TuscanyThe same house
OHH! WEDDING combines wedding planning with destination travel, guest hospitality and concierge coordination through the travel expertise of the same company behind OHH! ITALY. That is the operational advantage — not a catalogue of past Indian weddings on this website.
How a celebration is held is described on How it works. For families already deciding how several days should sit in Italy, there is a Journal guide to planning a multi-day Indian wedding. The next step is still a conversation, not a booking form.

There is no single length. Some celebrations are a weekend; others run across several days with different rooms and dress. The outline is written around the families involved — not around a package of compulsory events.
Yes. Room blocks, hotel and resort sourcing, private buyouts where they belong, airport coordination, ground transportation and guest assistance are part of the same hospitality work as the ceremony.
We can coordinate suitable specialist suppliers according to the requirements of the celebration — including catering and cultural or religious professionals where they are requested. We do not claim an in-house priest network or a standing Indian catering partnership.
