A dedicated planner keeps vision, vendors and timing in one thread: welcome, dinners, the wedding day, and whatever follows that the couple actually wants. Estates, gardens, chapels, churches, legal rooms, private villas, hotels. The right room is the one that holds the people you want, at the hours you need, with access guests can actually use. Places are opened through conversation.
When the celebration wants privacy, a single address for every guest, or several days on one property, we source and coordinate a hotel or resort buyout. Not every hotel will sell exclusivity. A destination wedding begins long before guests arrive at the ceremony. International weddings fail in the corridors: wrong hotels, staggered arrivals, guests who cannot find a table waiting at the end of the journey. OHH! WEDDING coordinates guest accommodation, room blocks, airport transfers, ground transportation and a guest concierge — so the people who travelled for you are cared for with the same attention as the celebration itself. Concierge, to us, means taking care of the invisible moving parts people should never have to think about. RSVPs kept accurate, suppliers timed, questions answered — moving parts quietly held in the background, without turning the wedding into a system to manage. On the day, planner and assistant remain close enough to anticipate what is needed, yet discreet enough for the room to remain entirely yours.
Cars, coaches, boats and — only when they belong — rarer gestures such as a helicopter or yacht. The vehicle is never the point. Timing, comfort and discretion are. Movement is written into the outline so that fifty people can feel as if they were twelve.
Some celebrations last a weekend; others unfold over several days, with different rooms and different dress. Welcome, ceremony, lunches, evenings: one outline.
