OHH! WEDDING plans destination weddings as one composition: the place, the day, the guests’ rooms and the roads between them. Each family below can stand alone or be held together. Nothing is added for show; what does not belong is left out.
Italy is the principal current destination expertise. International celebrations are designed around the couple, not from a finished catalogue of every country. The outline is bespoke. There are no published guest-count limits and no named hotel partnerships on this website.
A dedicated planner keeps vision, vendors and timing in a single conversation. The work covers the ceremony and the programme around it: welcome hours, dinners, the wedding day and whatever follows that the couple actually wants. You work with one mind behind the day, not a feed of listings.
Places are opened through conversation — estates, gardens, chapels, churches, legal rooms, private villas, hotels and coastal or mountain settings. OHH! WEDDING does not publish a venue directory. The right room is the one that holds the people you want, at the hours you need, with access that guests can actually use.
When a celebration needs the whole house — privacy, a single address for every guest, or several days on one property — the house can source and coordinate a hotel or resort buyout. This sits naturally next to OHH! ITALY’s hospitality work. Specific hotels are not listed as partners here; availability is researched for each brief. Not every hotel will sell exclusivity; a villa is a different machine. The Journal sets out the operational difference: hotel buyout or private villa.
International weddings fail in the corridors: wrong hotels, staggered arrivals, guests who cannot find dinner. OHH! WEDDING coordinates guest accommodation, room blocks, airport transfers, ground transportation and a guest concierge so the people who flew for you are held as carefully as the ceremony.
Concierge here means the invisible moving parts: RSVPs kept accurate, suppliers timed, questions answered without turning the wedding into software. On the day, planner and assistant keep the room yours.
Cars, coaches, boats and — only when they belong — rarer gestures such as a helicopter or yacht. Timing and discretion matter more than the vehicle. Movement is written into the outline so fifty people can feel as if they were twelve.
Some celebrations are a weekend; others run across several days, with different rooms and different dress codes. The house can hold a multi-day programme — welcome, ceremony, lunches, evenings — without turning it into a packaged tour. Cultural or family rituals are coordinated with appropriate specialists according to the brief; we do not claim in-house religious expertise. The journey is not handed away. Pre-wedding travel, the nights around the ceremony and the honeymoon are designed with OHH! ITALY in the same concierge language: pace, privacy and one coordinator. The couple can ask for the wedding only, the journey only, or both as one outline.
The day itself
